I’m Dr. Alon Frazier, Psy.D., a Licensed Professional Christian Therapist and Licensed Massage Therapist.

I founded Reign & Renewal Therapy, LLC with a simple but powerful mission: to help people experience healing, restoration, and wholeness.

My journey into this work has been shaped by both clinical training and personal calling. From my earliest experiences in ministry to my academic path in psychology, I’ve always felt drawn to the intersection of faith and emotional wellness. Over the years, I’ve come to understand that healing isn't just about talking through problems it’s about addressing the deep places where pain lives, where trauma lingers, and where the body often keeps the score.

Through Christian therapy, I provide biblically sound, clinically grounded counseling for individuals, couples, families, and ministry leaders. Whether you're walking through anxiety, grief, relational tension, or spiritual burnout, this space was created to help you find clarity, support, and transformation rooted in God’s truth.

In addition to therapy, I also offer massage therapy through a separate practice. While the work is distinct, my background in both disciplines gives me a holistic understanding of how emotional and physical wellness are deeply connected. For many, trauma and stress live not just in the mind, but in the body and my work reflects that truth with compassion and care.

Clients often come to me feeling overwhelmed, exhausted, or stuck unsure of how to move forward but longing for something more. My role is to walk with you through that process of restoration. I don't offer quick fixes, and I won't give you a surface-level answer to deep-rooted pain. Instead, I offer a space where you can be fully seen, fully heard, and gently guided into healing through practical tools and spiritual truth.
